BUSINESS & PLEASURE
• 2 oz Blinking Owl Rye
• 1/4 oz Coffee Liquor
• 1/4 oz Tempis Fugit Crème de Banane
• Orange Bitters

Add ingredients into a mixing glass
Add ice to the mixing glass and stir for 30-45 seconds
Strain into a chilled glass over a large ice cube
Garnish with an orange peel
GOLD RUSH
• 2 oz. Blinking Owl Wheated Bourbon
• ¾ oz. honey syrup (recipe below)
• ¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and shake vigorously until the drink is sufficiently chilled
Strain into a chilled double Old Fashioned glass with a single large ice cube
Garnish with lemon wedge
Honey Syrup
• 1 cup honey
• ⅓ cup water
Combine honey and water in a pot over medium heat. Stir well until thoroughly combined. Remove from heat and let cool.

BLINKING OWL OLD FASHIONED
Add a large ice cube to a rocks glass
Add Whiskey, simple syrup, bitters to the glass
Stir until chilled and properly diluted, about 30 seconds
Slip orange twist on the side of the cube

MANHATTAN OWL
• 2 oz Blinking Owl Rye
• 1 oz Carpano Antiqua
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Put the bitters, sweet vermouth, and rye whiskey in a mixing glass. Add ice to just above the level of the liquid
Stir with a cocktail spoon, 20–25 seconds
Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with Luxardo cherries

OLD PAL
Lemon Peel
Add the Rye, Bruto Americano, and dry vermouth into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora or coupe glass
Garnish with a lemon twist
