The Swedish Fish
The Swedish Fish by Robin Christenson (Blinking Owl Signature Cocktail)
1 ½ oz Blinking Owl Aquavit
½ oz Cocci Americano
½ oz Lemon Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
1 Tsp Cherry Heering
Swedish Fish + Cherry Garnish
Add the Aquavit, Cocci Americano, Lemon, Cherry Heering and Simple Syrup to a shaker and fill half way with ice. Shake approximately 15 seconds (until the shaker becomes frosty). Pour the ingredients through a strainer into a glass filled ice. Garnish with the Cherry and a Swedish Fish.
The Parliament by Robin Christenson
• 1 ½ oz Aquavit or OC Orange Vodka
• 0.5 oz Velvet Falernum
• 0.5 oz Campari
• 1 teaspoon crushed cocoa nibs
Add all ingredients and ice to your mixing glass and stir. Double strain the cocktail (pouring through a fine mesh strainer) into a coupe. Garnish with Star Anise.
The Aquavenus by Kayli Gennaro
• 2 oz Blinking Owl Aquavit
• 0.5 oz Blinking Owl vodka
• 0.5 oz Lillet Blanc
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well-chilled and strain into a coupe glass (or martini glass). Express an orange peel over the drink, scent the rim of the glass, and discard the peel. Slap a sprig of thyme in the palm of your hand to express aromatic oils and drop in glass as garnish.
Pink Moon by Koire Rogers
• 1.5 oz Blinking Owl Aquavit or Blinking Owl Vodka
• 0.5 oz Lemon juice
• 0.5 oz Falernum, we suggest Snug Harbor brand
• 1-2 dashes Angostura bitters.
Dry shake the cocktail, pour in glass and then add ice. Garnish with mint. Enjoy!
Holiday Owl Nest

• 1 ½ oz Aquavit
• ¾ oz lemon
• ¾ oz Rosemary Infused Simple Syrup
• ½ oz Port or Lillet Rouge
• Rosemary Sprig
Add the Aquavit, Lemon and Rosemary Simple Syrup to a shaker and fill half way with ice. Shake approximately 15 seconds (until the shaker becomes frosty). Pour the ingredients through a strainer into a glass and add ice. “Float” the Port or Lillet Rouge by pouring it over the back of your mixing spoon over the top of the cocktail. Garnish with a Rosemary sprig.
